Have you installed the software inside Wine? If you installed the application in ~/.wine/drive_c/EcoAndCou/, Wine should recognize that as your C:\EcoAndCou\... If you're trying to run it from a Windows partition, it will most likely not work. If you did properly install the software inside Wine, run the application in a terminal and post the terminal output here.
