No encryption, any sort of DRM, or usage restrictions on Wine itself, if that's what you're asking. Before you include version 1.0.1 of Wine with your software, though, it might be a good idea to test out if the latest version (1.1.43) works better with your software. 1.1.43 generally runs a lot more software (and better) than the latest so-called "stable".
