This is probably bug 22066 and is fixed for the next version http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=22066 many people seem to have problems installing applications in wine 1.1.41 I cant install Sims 3 for example. if u cant wait for the next version u can use git to install wine. there is a tutorial in the helpsection.
