There exists an ALSA pulse plugin needed to make ALSA apps (wine) play nicely with pulseaudio. It ought to be fixed by now. If not, the suggestion of killing pulseaudio is not far off... You probably want the 32 bit version of the plugin and a 32 bit ALSA lib on top of the 64 bit ones you may already have. https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PulseAudio
