Those traces don't really help, as they indicate that start.exe exists (but we already knew that)... What we'd need is some sort of indication of where it's trying to find cmd... "start c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe" DOES seem to work, so it somehow doesn't find the program in that location by itself anymore.
