If you are using a 64-bit ubuntu the glxinfo output is not useful since it outputs info about the 64-bit opengl driver whereas wine is a 32-bit program and thus requires 32-bit opengl. Most of the time the 32-bit libgl isn't installed properly. Wine is likely showing a winediag warning about it.
