You didn't answer the question. I assume you mean you're trying to install .NET Framework 3.5? This doesn't currently work in wine. You can try the .NET Framework 3.5 Compact version: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=E3821449-3C6B-42F1-9FD9-0041345B3385&displaylang=en
