 Actually GF2 runs on 96.43.16 as well - try updating to those.

Some time ago, I tested both Riva TnT 2 and GF2MX200, and wine worked
with them without problems. Furthermore RTCW is a OpenGL game so it
should run out of the box. try updating drivers and then try running
RTCW using clean wineprefix.
