seriously doubt you can get much Darwine support here... but... what version of Mac OS X do you run? if its 10.5 or 10.6 then its failing to launch X11.app if its 10.4, and your set on defaults, you need to manually start up X11.app and try again. Either way the problem is something with your X11.app not running right.
