Windows 2003 Server / SheevaPlug

Hi all,

I am not technical when it comes to this kind of thing, and I'm not looking for this group to teach me about WINE, Linux, or anything else from scratch. I have a question that I'd like to ask that's relevant to a project I am consulting on, so any input is very much appreciated. I have access to folks that can get things done, if they can be done, which is what I'd like to confirm here.

I have an application that is built to run on Windows 2003 Server. For reasons that I won't go into here, I'd like to know if I can:

Buy a SheevaPlug server and install a version of Linux. Install WINE on that server, and then install this application and have it run properly.

The application is designed to be accessed via web browser and the Sheeva can provide that through it's native gig interface. The app only requires 256K of memory, and the Sheeva has double that out of the box. The USB port will give me the ability to add additional storage space as necessary.

Is this possible or am I dreaming?

Thanks in advance for any and all responses.[/list]
