Haven't found a single questions in your post so I'm assuming you want to completely remove programs installed under Wine: http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-9893ae50079ca7a959258f0bc9a17aaf2e69b391 Removing Wine package won't delete anything but Wine itself.
