If you get the "Error on Page" or "Java Script Error" when trying to print or on a button that would normally pop up a window, you likely have a popup blocker running and need to disable it. Please first open Internet Explorer and go to Tools, then choose Windows Update. Once you're there simply follow the onscreen instructions and download the critical updates and also the windows updates. Next, you'll want to make certain that you have the most recent version of the Java Virtual Machine. Please click the following link then click the link for "Get it now". The download will start automatically. Simply follow the on screen instructions. When it's done you will need to reboot your computer.
