When looking at some of these fixes, it mentions patching a file. I tried following instructions on how to patch MSI for .net 4.0 (http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=20128), it kept prompting me for the file to patch. At that point, I got a little bit confused since I thought the patch was supposed to find the file. So, going back to the fact that I'm an extreme noob on this, how does patching a file work? If it prompts you for "What file do you want to patch", do you not have the file or is the path incorrect? Thank you for hopefully being patient with me. :)
