I can't seem to find anything current in the appdb for Google Talk. Does anyone know how well it works? Voice would be nice but really the IM chat is all I need. To head off the 'why bother' questions: I know there are native Linux IMs, but I have switched my window manager to KDE instead of gnome. I can't get the KDE IM (Kopete) to work at all and do not want to install all the gnome stuff that Pidgin or Empathy would require. :)
