i've just tried installing eve online dominion to my samsung n140 with unr 9.10 installed, a google for the errors spat out by running the wine command via a terminal threw up this thread :)
same symptoms, game appears to load but the splash screen disapears after a short while and leaves the exefile.exe and explorer processes running.

anyone have a clue what is causing this / if its fixable?
I know trying to run eve with wine on a netbook is a bit silly really but i need to try atleast XD
