You can start doing this with just 1 DLL. What about just writing a trivial windows linker, that in great originality will be named "wine", that link's at run time at certain preconfigured in advance wine DLLs? The objective is to always keep 100% compatibility, and get the software publishers to shift there allegiance for these DLLs only.

You could just contact Modzilla and get them to link to just 1 DLL. No need to do much, decide a standard place for the new DLL, and compile against it. With Firefox, you immediately get 26% of PCs. So windows firefox compatibility with wine on this DLL, gets assured for all eternity. This should be a proof of concept
