Editing registry following EQ2 install directions..

I'm trying to follow the suggested settings in the appDB for Everquest 2.

>

HKEY_CURRENT_USER to my understanding relates to the user.reg file. I can find Software -> Wine -> but theirs no Direct3D or any of the other stuff it lists.

How do I go about setting those?
