His site is hosted by Softlayer, who's AUP (http://softlayer.com/aup.html) supposedly prohibits this sort of thing. I've reported this incident to Softlayer. I would suggest that should this waste of baryons post again, everybody send an abuse report to abuse@xxxxxxxxxxxxx about it.
