I tried this

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.mp4]
@="MP4file"
"Content Type"="video/mp4"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MP4file\Shell\Open\command]
@="vlc \"%1\""


and it didnt work, its something wrong with it ?
