Okay so the command for the menu shortcut to winecfg now looks like:

WINEPREFIX=/media/External/Wine/.wine winecfg

However when I use it I get the error "Failed to execute child process "WINEPREFIX=/media/External/Wine/.wine" (No such file or directory)"
