As Darwine is built on WINE, it should also use the LGPL - I can't see its sources to check. So, you should release your code under the LGPL as well. This is normal for free distribution of Open Source code: it you don't use a license you can't stop somebody from taking your code, treating it as closed source and selling your work. Martin
