Email the Dolphin developers and see if they'd be willing to make a
Macintosh port of the emulator.

I do not know CrossoverOffice well enough to offer performance tweaks, but
you may want to consider looking through the options in winecfg to see if
the operating system version can help.

Remember, open source projects need your help, so offer to contribute to the
wiki if you can help others.
