The behavior of the enter key inside the ListView control of an Open File dialog doesn't work correctly. In Windows, if I navigate the ListView and press Enter on a folder, it proceeds to navigate the filesystem. In Wine, if I navigate the ListView and press Enter on a folder, it opens it and closes the dialog. This causes some apps to get angry. I thought about fixing it, but updating wine seems like it might be difficult to get started. I have a lot of things I would like to do for wine, but not sure about how to get started. If anyone has any personal recommendations for a great Linux IDE that would improve my chances of working on the project, but until then I think I'm not going to mess with it very much. I've tried Eclipse and NetBeans. NetBeans always chews 1GB of RAM before I even load any code files, but I think that it's just anything in Java chews up about 1GB of RAM. That may be an issue with 64-bit Java...?
