Wow, i'm such a newb. I really wish editing was turned on. I forgot to mention you also need Mono for Windows installed. Get the latest version of "Mono for Windows, Gtk#, and XSP" from http://www.go-mono.com/mono-downloads/download.html and install with `wine mono-x.x.x.x-gtksharp-x.x.x-win32-3.exe` or include it in the winetricks line in step 4 above `sh winetricks dcom98 vcrun2008 mono24`.
