Ok, I got wine updated to 1.1.31 and I get the same error while trying to install the program. 

What should I try next guys? 

"C:\windows\system32\VSOCX32.OCX
Unable to register the DLL/OCX: LoadLibrary failed; code 126.
Module not found." 

Wine 1.1.31
Ubuntu 9.04
