Hi, I', trying to install Mapinfo Professional 8.0 with wine 1.1.29 taken from http://www.kronenberg.org/wine/ on Snow leopard. Runnin msiexec ("wine setup.exe" exits with an error) the installer came up and works until the "Copying files" message, then it tells me that there's a problem in installation. >From what I see in the messages below the problem is the installer cannot extract Data1.cab Is there a workaround for that behaviour? Thanks in advance for the help! (BTW, I'm using MI8.0 because my teacher gave it to me, I plan to move to qgis, but I found mapinfo easier to manage for a beginner...)
