You're trying to run a Windows application under Linux with no guarantee that it will work (heck, Wine doesn't guarantee ANY application to work at the moment). Your reason about "Linux not being suitable" is therefore completely irrelevant to the topic (getting this program to work under Wine). There is some good graphical software out there, also for Linux. If any of that software is lacking, by any means contribute to them (if they're open-source) and they'd only become "more suitable" over time.
