wow they said to use backbuffer and not fbo? I usualyl run Oblivion in a Cider hacked up wrapper on OSX, runs better than Wine... but I did get it to run on Wine, but I was using fbo... also I find it plays better in a virtual desktop under Wine, at least on OSX it does.
