Thanks for those. I can see just with the little playing we have done that it will be easier to do it all over the net. The problem in that regard is that we have only a hard wired connection right now and we don't want their PC in our room right next to ours. We are investigating a few options, but hopefully soon we will go wireless network at home - but as you all know it means some hardware purchases - wireless modem, and cards for the PCs - which just don't quite fit in our budget right now - hence the clunky downloading to USB drive etc. I am sure there will be more questions to come, because I will Dual boot this system soon even if the boys give up on trying to run their wingames from UBUNTU. Even then it looks like they will dual boot that one if all else fails - they both like the UBUNTU GUI.
