You do not need to install all sound drivers. JACK is not needed/used by most people. ALSA and OSS would be enough.

This means that you have some sound device that Wine can't identify PCM volume mixer channel for. For example some microphone only devices, or video recording/playback devices, etc. 

For you that means that programs won't be able to control some volume through this device (if it is indeed a sound card) or no affect at all (if you indeed have a device without PCM volume channel).
