I really believe that you haven't done the right thing. Logically, when you ran the add command, that told git to add those files to the repository, after that you commited and git finished posting the new files into the repository. Today I've spoken directly with the creator of the patch, he told me to use a special command to try to make things work. So when I get home today I'll try out what he told me, and I'll post back here to say if it worked or not, OK? See ya man!
