Cannot resize winconsole cmd properly

["nomad1" <wineforum-user@xxxxxxxxxx>]

When I type in the command
wineconsole cmd

I get a cmd window.  

If I make it bigger, although the window is physically bigger, it still only accesses the initial size of the window.  
How can I make the full window utilized?
