Sorry I meant Direct3D and no you're not supposed to create another key inside a ORM it needs to look like this
+HKEY_CURRENT_USER
+Software
+Wine
Once you're here right click on Wine and make a new key, name it Direct3D.
Now that its created click on Direct3D, it should say "ab (Default) REG_SZ (value not set) right click inside but not on the Default and go to New > String Value, you'll get a new value string. Rename it OffscreenRenderingMode once the name is done right click that string and "modify" with the value "fbo" then you're done.
