It's your ATI card the drivers are having a problem with your kernel if I remember correctly i'm assusming if you're getting this crash it hasn't been fixed yet. I gave up on trying to fix it and got a GeForce card(it works but no one will help me on how to fix the drivers) lol. So yeah best to buy a GeForce card or try and look up what kernel works with the drivers.
