Since you cannot talk about the program, that means we cannot do the
testing for you.

Version 1.1.22 should not be too difficult to work with, but there were
reported problems with 1.1.23 as far as stability.

Just because IE7 installed does not mean that it will work.  However,
you stated that it did work with Version 1.1.21 and did not with
1.1.24.  That is about six weeks of changes and that would make
regression testing very lengthy.
