You mean I can use my justvoip account using Twinkle?
How can I do that?

Follow the directions on their web page for setting
up a SIP device. Only instead of setting up a
hardware device, use the same settings to set up your
SIP phone software:

----------
from: http://www.justvoip.com/en/sipp.html

... you have to make sure that your software is
installed and configured the right way.

Software configuration

General
	SIP port : 5060
	Registrar : sip.justvoip.com
	Proxy server : sip.justvoip.com
Outbound proxy server : leave empty
Account name : your JustVoip username
	Password : your JustVoip password
Display name/number : your JustVoip username or
voipnumber
	Stunserver (option) : stun.justvoip.com
----------

Another free SIP phone software is Ekiga ( see:
http://ekiga.org/ ). I dont recall if you said what
version of Linux you are using but Ekiga is installed
with the Ubuntu distributions by default. I would use
whatever SIP phone software is shipped with your
Linux distribution so you can avoid any installation
issues.
