Wine looks and acts the same as the ReactOS interface, but because Wine doesn't use Windows-like titlebars, this problem is not as visible in Wine as it is in ReactOS. In order to show the problem in Wine I should find an application that uses bold font, has Romanian interface and also uses corect comma-gylphed diacritics. I'll fire a bug immediately...
