I'm seeing the delays start within the first few minutes of use.  sometimes I
can make the long delay problem go away briefly by turning the mic on and off.

unrelated Q.  I want to make natlink work so I can use python for a macro
environment.  can I set it up so that natlink links to the DNS com interface but
uses/runs Linux python?
