As I remember PM65.rsl error was a regression around 1.0. Almost any other version work. Try the latest wine. But before you go too far PM65 still has an open bug http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4836 which prevents printing pages with a background image.and the Pagemaker bombs out with a message: "can't find PM65.rsl"
