When I started Guitar Pro 5, WINE showed a lot of error messages of this kind: Code: err:wave:wodPlayer_WriteMaxFrags Error in writing wavehdr. Reason: Resource temporarily unavailable However, the wave in question was playing. After asking, whether or not I wanted to restore the file that was open when Guitar Pro crashed the last time (they have a demo-file, I myself couldn't enter anything), and my "Yes" or "No" answer (I tried both, of course), I was notified about an access violation in module gdiplus.dll and the whole program crashed completely. My guess is, that gdiplus.dll is responsible for drawing the notes.
