Most those errors list 'vivox' which is part of the in game voice communication. If you have a Windows install available go to windows/system32 and grab DNSAPI.dll from there. There may also be a hosting site online that has the file if you do not have a Windows install available. Looks like Vivox is using parts of that and the game get confused when it's not found.
