Thanks for replying so promptly dimesio, I've followed the instructions and get a message 'Failed to load DLL capicom.dll - is there a need to link the capicom.dll file within the 3connect directory (that is the modem software) and the regsvr32 directory? - both directories have the file present. I appreciate your help
