Check their forums, you're not the only one.If you're in europe, try re-downloading. Personally, I still had trouble after that; and I assumed that had to do with it listing the wrong network device (pan0, which supposedly has something to do with bluetooth.)
Eventually, I just rebooted to windows to upload the data, where it went fine.
