Thank you for you help, OneNote now opens and I can look at all the pages of my notebook the only things that seem to be missing are the inserted files. Again, I looked at the posts mainly with iswineventhookinstalled but other than trying a clean wine (rm -rf ~/.wine-clean) thing which i tried but it didn't help, i couldn't see anything else.
