More than once I got corruption in WoW. Somewhere in wow there is an utility to repair install. Be warned that in my experience it didn't work well, but you can try. In the end, I had a working copy of a wow install which just copied over the broken install. You might actually want to look for help in specialised wow forums. It's not necessarily a Wine problem.
