Done both of them, but no dice. And regarding pulseaudio, I tested removing everything that was related in some way to it. Actually, I copied the system.reg and user.reg from the working wineprefix to a newly created and, voilà, it starts working. Even while pulseaudio is installed. I've not yet identified exactly what makes it to work, unfortunately. Is there any privacy consideration i should consider before i upload these files on pastebin? And before doing any test, I've double checked with "ps aux" if any wine processes or subprocesses were running. And if I remove the .wine folder, start winecfg, wait until it appears (again, showing the error __wine_kernel_init boot event wait timed out while creating the .wine folder), then close it, i get from ps aux: Code: 8143 0.0 0.0 3728 908 ?
