Warren, the NVIDIA driver 173.13.18 is the latest version for the FX series. Daemon, sure. I could upgrade. And I could also replace my entire system everytime I run into a problem, but I hardly think this to be a good solution. The card works just fine and is enough to run the game in Windows perfectly, so replacing it would be a last resort to a severe problem. Furthermore, performance of the card is not an issue here - the game is not slow or faulty, it is just not running.
