I'd say the best bet on figuring out why this app is not working is to use Microsoft Debugging Tools for Windows to monitor the RoM process to see if anything fails or whatever. http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/devtools/debugging/installx86.mspx I personally don't have much experience programming on Windows so I don't really know how to use their tools. Maybe someone who does know can do it.
