That something is not registrered/installed.
I don't have this CLSID in my WinXP so you can safely ignore this error. Unless this something that wasn't installed came with the program itself. Then it's an installation problem.
Install it on windows and search for that ID. See if it's there, and if it's there where it's exported from (what dll).
