Is it downloadable? I tried the free download from http://www.saraltaxoffice.com and got it to start; I had to do sh winetricks vbrun60 dotnet20 mdac28 jet40 before it was more or less happy, and I had to unpack and bypass the outer installer with unzip setupex.exe wine msiexec /i SetupIT.msi to avoid the problem that the 'install' button on the outer installer didn't seem to do anything.
